Tại hiện trường phía côn an thu giữ được tang vật bao gồm: 6 con gà, 14 cặp cựa sắt, 12 điện thoại di động, 11 xe môtô, số tiền trên 65 triệu đồng cùng một số tang vật có liên quan. Được biết, đối tượng Nguyễn Văn Hải, còn gọi là Mười Hải, sinh năm 1973, thường trú Phường 2 (TX. Ngã Năm) là người đứng ra tổ chức.
